Things to do when you can't fall asleep

1. Meditate,focus on your breathing...

2. When meditation fails, then masturbate. Have orgasms, not one, not two but three...

3. Read something inspiring but then realize that makes you even more energized and unsleepy

4. Have milk and cookies

5. Blog about being unable to sleep
